2. How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING On Order Over $100 AUD. Otherwise, Premium Shipping costs $10 AUD. 

Shipping costs for free products are not deductible. (If you place an order that includes regular products as well as free products, and you are asked to pay for postage, this is the shipping cost for the free products.)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Delivery Time

• Order Processing: 2-5 Business Days.（PS: Some rosary designs are more complex and require 6-10 business days to make.）Orders placed after 6PM Shang Hai Standard Time may not be processed for shipping until the next working day morning.
• Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 Business Days.

Wrong Shipping Information

• If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
• Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click:   TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

If the above page does not work, pls check it on the page: https://www.17track.net/en5. Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?

1. When the product delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
2. Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center.

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.au.christianartworkshop.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

Return/Refund Conditions
1. Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving to change your mind and return the items.
2. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.If the item you received is defective/wrong,please provide the corresponding order number and pictures of the items received at .

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.Before returning an item, you need to contact us and submit a request. We will then provide the return address via email.
4. Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return or exchange shipping costs.Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.(Note:If the shipping is free, we will also need to deduct the corresponding logistics costs when refunding.）

5. The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel(according to the logistic information).
Quality problems of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it after checking.Please do not throw the box and packages before your problem is solved.

 
Return/Refund Process
1. Please send an email to contact@mail.au.christianartworkshop.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
3. Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
4. We receive your return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The Founder’s Journey of Faith: From a Heartfelt Spark to a Life’s Mission

I'm Lydia—named after the woman in the Acts of the Apostles who turned her cloth shop into a sanctuary, proving that faith resides not only in the heart but also in the actions of one's hands. This legacy has been deeply etched in my soul.

As a Christian, I once struggled to hold fast to my faith amid the chaos of life. During prayer, I always felt a great distance from God, and that sense of His presence was fleeting. I longed for something tangible—a way to touch God in the midst of busyness.

Later, I embarked on a spiritual journey to Jerusalem. On that land  countless faith-filled memories, every ancient stone seemed to whisper stories related to God. In the early morning, I would stroll on the Mount of Olives, watching the sunlight spread over the Temple Mount and listening to the sound of prayers drifting from afar, my heart wrapped in an unprecedented peace. It was during this period of spiritual practice that, by chance, I came into contact with rosary making, as if finding a way to pass on this concrete faith.

Back in daily life, I would busy myself kneading the beads while stuck in traffic or during moments of leisure at work. When praying with the rosary, I often feel a sense of peace, as reassuring as I felt in Jerusalem.

The "Christian Art Workshop" is my way of following that Lydia—turning wood and wire into tools that carry faith. For I know all too well that "longing to hold something tightly." May these beads be your steady and gentle proof that God is here, always, tangibly—just as they have been for me.

We skip mass production for handcrafting because every uneven (etching), every slightly imperfect bead, is a craftsman’s prayer made visible—much like how God makes no two souls the same.
